Goku:
-Practicaly Unlimited power due to healing after near death.
-Instant transmission
-Ki blasts
-4 levels of transformations
-Able to absorb energy
-No known fatal weakness
-Unbreakable determination

Superman:
-The sun boosts his power but may also weaken it due to absence
-Heat vision, Super breath, X-ray vision, Super speed
-Kryptonite-FATAL weakness!!!!!
-Probably breakable determination. (Gave up his powers before for self reasons)

Now with all that out there, who would win?

Yeah "The Batman" has a few things I don't like, mostly character designs (ESPECIALLY Cat woman. She looks more like a fruit bat with no wings). Thanks :D I worked pretty hard on this
